SUBJECT: PTO Meeting - Thursday 9/19/19

We hope you all had an amazing Summer 2019!

Fall is in the air... and It's time to go back to PTOing. As such, the PTO Executive Committee and I would like to invite you to our first PTO meeting of the year. We want to do things a little different this year, that's why our first meeting will be a workshop/training session for all PTO board members and Room Parents.

WHY COME TO A PTO MEETING?

Have you ever volunteered for an activity and had no clue on where to begin?
Did you volunteer as a Room Parent but have no idea how to communicate with parents?
Do you have questions about Membership Toolkit, volunteer sign ups, and message boards?
Are you familiar with the forms that you have to submit to the district when you are chair of a PTO event?
Would you like to connect with other parents?
Would you like to be the first to hear about upcoming school events?
